摘要：在剖析核准或备案后EPC项目报价的特点及存在问题的基础上，从发挥设计的引领作用及增强专业间协同的角度，提出报价工作各阶段的重点内容，形成核准或备案后EPC项目具体报价工作的路径，并从建立激励机制、延伸知识链条、创新工作模式三方面提出保障报价工作路径实现的措施，以期对总承包企业在此类报价工作或提升报价工作的质量上有所

借鉴。

Abstract：On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and problems of EPC project quotation after approval or filing，from the perspective of giving play to the leading role of design and enhancing the collaboration between professions，put forward the key contents of each stage of quotation，form a path for the specific quotation work of EPC projects after approval or filing. The paper puts forward the measures to guarantee the realization of quotation working path from three aspects：establishing incentive mechanism，extending knowledge chain and innovating working mode. In order to provide reference for general contractor enterprises in this kind of quotation work or improve the quality of quotation.
