摘要：针对制约我国农房建设发展的标准体系缺失、标准制定不满足需求、标准实施效率不高等突出问题，本文基于我国现有工程建设标准体系，以科学性、系统性、适用性为原则，构建农房建设技术标准体系，分析体系维度、标准构成、标准特点，并提出未来进一步完善农房建设技术体系的优化建议。

Abstract：In response to the prominent problems of the lack of standard system，inadequate standard formulation，and low efficiency in standard implementation that constrain the development of rural housing construction in China，this article establishes a technical standard system for rural housing construction based on the existing engineering construction standard system in China. Taking scientific，systematic，and applicable as the principles，analyzes system dimensions，standard composition，and standard characteristics，and proposes suggestions for improving the standard system.
