摘要：后工业时代，如何利用城市中的工业遗存，成为困扰人们的难题。经过多年的努力，城市工业遗存改造呈现出一些经典范式，这些范式提供了一个应用框架，不同的范式体现出了不同的政策目标、研究问题、首选的工具或研究方法。本文确定当前研究和实践中的四种范式（整体性活态式、临时性过渡式、适应性动态式、象征性快速式），并结合当前我国城市更新的需求，提出其适用性范畴和应用选择，以解决城市工业遗存与城市发展之间的联系，为城市规划者、设计师、政策制定者和其他利益相关者提供指导和参考，实现工业遗存的有效保护、利用和再生。

Abstract：In the post-industrial era，the utilization of urban industrial heritage has become a challenge. After years of effort，the transformation of urban industrial heritage presents some classic paradigms. These paradigms provide an application framework，each reflecting different policy objectives，research questions，preferred tools，or research methods. This paper identifies four paradigms in current research and practice（holistic and dynamic，provisional and transitional，adaptive and dynamic，symbolic and expedited），and in conjunction with the current needs of urban renewal in China，proposes their applicability and application choices. This aims to address the relationship between urban industrial heritage and urban development，providing guidance and references for urban planners，designers，policymakers，and stakeholders to achieve effective preservation，utilization，and regeneration of industrial heritage.
