摘要：随着第四次工业革命与高质量发展的深入推进，建筑业转型升级成为必然趋势，为在愈加激烈的竞争新态势下提高核心竞争力，头部建筑企业亟需通过优化科技创新投入促进科技创新产出。对此，本文以“5W1H法”作为逻辑推演路径，分析头部建筑企业科技创新投入活动在投入水平、投入目标、投入阶段、投入主体、投入场景方面存在的问题，提出采取构建顶层协调机制、明确投资导向、拓展资金来源、分阶段布局投资等对策。

Abstract：With the deepening of the fourth industrial revolution and high-quality development stage，the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry has become an inevitable trend，in order to improve the core competitiveness in the new situation of increasingly fierce competition，the head construction enterprises urgently need to promote the output of scientific and technological innovation by optimizing the input of scientific and technological innovation. In this regard，taking the "5W1H Method" as the logical deduction path，the paper analyzes problems in the investment amount，investment goal，investment stage，investment subject and investment scenario of head construction enterprises，and proposes countermeasures of building a top-level coordination mechanism，clarifying the investment orientation，expanding the sources of funds，and arranging investment in stages.
