摘要:与居住建筑一体化设计的地下车库在节省土地资源、增加停车位数量、提高居住建筑附加值等方面具有显著的经济效益,在缓解城市交通拥堵、改善城市环境、推动新能源汽车普及等方面具有显著的社会效益。研究探讨与居住建筑一体化设计的地下车库的优化设计策略,这些策略包括科学合理的规划布局、优化车位排布与柱网设计、完善充电桩设置与电力供应等,可以更好地解决城市停车和充电问题,实现土地资源的节约和高效利用。关键词:地下车库;居住建筑;一体化设计;地下空间利用;优化设计Abstract:The underground garage designed as an integrated part of residential buildings has significant economic benefits in saving land resources,increasing the number of parking spaces,and improving the added value of residential buildings,as well as remarkable social benefits in alleviating urban traffic congestion,improving the urban environment,and promoting the popularization of new energy vehicles. The research has explored the optimal design strategies for underground garages integrated with residential buildings,including scientific and reasonable planning layout,optimizing parking space arrangement and column grid design,and improving the charging pile setup and power supply.
