摘要：随着高校基本建设项目数量和规模的不断增加，工程造价管理面临诸多风险因素，高校工程审计对提高建设资金使用效益、改善内部工程管理水平、推动高校完善治理至关重要。本文以学生公寓、食堂、教学楼等项目竣工结算审计成果为基础，系统构建由工程造价综合指标、单项工程造价指标、材料设备价格库、工程造价统计分析指标组成的指标库；基于构建的工程造价指标库，横向对比同类型项目数据，计算算术平均值、标准差及变异度，探索指标库的实践应用和方向路径，为后续项目科学决策、规范管理、控制造价提供参考依据。

Abstract：With the increasing number and scale of university construction projects，engineering cost management faces many risk factors. University engineering audit is crucial to improve the efficiency of construction funds，enhance the level of internal engineering management，and optimize the governance of universities. This research is based on the results of the completed settlement audits of student apartments，canteens，teaching buildings and other construction projects. We have systematically constructed an indicator database consisting of comprehensive indicators of project cost，individual project cost indicators，material and equipment price database，and statistical analysis indicators of project cost. Based on the constructed project cost indicator database，we compared the same project data horizontally and calculated the arithmetic mean，standard deviation and degree of variability. Finally，we explored the application and direction of the indicator database to provide a reference basis for scientific decision-making，standardized management and cost control of subsequent projects.
