摘要：城市基础设施更新是城市更新的重要组成部分，也是推动城市高质量发展的有力支撑。在深入分析当前基础设施面临的问题与挑战的基础上，梳理城市体检与基础设施更新的关系，提出需求引导、有序更新、活力营造、品质提升、智慧融合五大基础设施更新原则，并借鉴城市体检的思路构建了一个循序渐进的“三步走”更新策略，即问题诊断、对症治疗和复诊监测，有助于建立常态化的基础设施体检更新策略，使基础设施更新改造更符合人们美好生活的需要。

Abstract：Urban infrastructure renewal is an important part of urban renewal and a strong support to promote high-quality urban development. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the problems and challenges faced by the current infrastructure，this paper sorts out the relationship between urban physical examination and infrastructure renewal，puts forward five principles of infrastructure renewal：demand guidance，orderly renewal，vitality creation，quality improvement and wisdom integration，and constructs a step-by-step "three-step" renewal strategy，namely，problem diagnosis，symptomatic treatment and follow-up monitoring，which is helpful to establish a normalized infrastructure physical examination renewal strategy and make infrastructure renewal more in line with people.
