摘要：我国东部地区的经济发展水平、建筑业发展水平均处于领先水平，该区域绿色建筑发展水平也代表了我国绿色建筑和建筑业高质量发展水平。本文基于DPSIR模型对我国东部地区10个省级行政区绿色建筑发展水平进行测度，并在此基础上提出提升绿色建筑发展水平的建议。研究表明：（1）浙江、广东、江苏、上海等地绿色建筑发展水平较高，山东、北京、天津、河北和福建相对良好，海南则比较落后。（2）经济发展水平、建筑业企业负债、绿色建筑标识项目数、第二产业对国内生产总值增长的贡献以及政府对绿色建筑的政策支持数量是驱动力、压力、状态、影响、响应子系统影响最大的因素。

Abstract：The economic development level and construction industry development level in the eastern region of China are both at a leading level，and the development level of green buildings in this region also represents the high-quality development level of green buildings and construction industry in China. This paper evaluates provincial development levels of green buildings in the 10 provincial districts of Eastern China by using the DPSIR model. The results showed that：Firstly，Zhejiang，Guangdong，Jiangsu，Shanghai have a high development level of green buildings，Shandong，Beijing，Tianjin，Hebei and Fujian are relatively good，while Hainan is relatively backward. Secondly，level of economic development，liabilities of construction industry enterprises，numbers of identified green building projects，contribution of the secondary industry to GDP growth，and supporting policies for green buildings are the representative impacting indicators of the five subsystems of the DPSIR model respectively.
