基于建设单位视角的装配式建筑装配方案选择研究

摘要:在装配式建筑项目实践过程中,装配方案的选择决定了工程项目的成败。为了实现装配方案的合理选择,从建设单位视角出发,应用扎根理论和层次分析法(AHP)定性定量相结合的方法确定建设单位对装配方案的考量因素。研究表明,政府支持与监管、综合收益、感知风险、自我效能、技术成熟度是影响建设单位选择装配方案的重要因素。基于研究结论,为装配方案的选择提出建议。

Abstract:In the practice of prefabricated construction project,the choice of assembly scheme determines the success or failure of the project. In order to realize the reasonable selection of assembly scheme,from the perspective of the development organization,this paper applies the grounded theory and analytic hierarchy process qualitative and quantitative methods to determine the development organization’s consideration factors for assembly scheme. The research shows that government support and supervision,comprehensive income,perceived risk,self-efficacy and technology maturity are important factors affecting the selection of assembly scheme by development organizations. Based on the research conclusion,some suggestions are put forward for the selection of assembly scheme.
