摘要：随着基建投资项目竞争日益激烈，社会资本依托大商务管理搭建项目全要素、全流程、全周期价值创造体系，注重诚信履约，实现投资带动“产业转型升级、效益品牌提升、持久稳定现金流”目标。通过大商务管理体系概述、关键要素和环节简介、现状与问题分析、实施路径和措施四个方面阐述大商务管理体系在基建投资项目中的融合运用，为社会资本项目开发和管理积累经验，提供借鉴指导。

Abstract：With the increasingly fierce competition in infrastructure investment projects，social capital relies on big business management building a value creation system through whole process，pay attention to faith performance，and achieving the goal of “industrial transformation and upgrading，brand promotion，stable cash flow” driven by investment. This paper reveals the integrated application of big business management system in infrastructure investment projects from four aspects，which are overview of big business management system，brief introduction of key element，analysis of current situation and problem solving measures，to accumulate experience and provide referential value for the development and management of projects.
