摘要：装配式建筑成本居高不下是阻碍其发展的主要原因，为了有效降低并且控制装配式建筑成本，推动装配式建筑发展，从设计、生产、运输、安装四个阶段选取24个指标构建装配式建筑成本控制水平的评价指标体系；并且运用主观赋权法（PSO-AHP）与客观赋权法（CRITIC）相结合组合赋权，确定综合权重；在此基础上，运用可拓学评估法，将评估目标物元化，构建装配式建筑成本控制水平物元可拓模型；最后，以乌鲁木齐市某装配式项目为例进行模型应用验证，结果表明评价结果合理，与实际情况基本吻合。

Abstract：The high cost of prefabricated construction is the main obstacle to its development，In order to effectively reduce and control the cost of assembled buildings and promote the development of assembled buildings，24 indicators are selected from the four stages of design，production，transportation and installation to build an evaluation index system for the cost control level of assembled buildings；And the combination of subjective assignment method（PSO-AHP）and objective assignment method（CRITIC）is used to determine the comprehensive weight. Based on this，a topological evaluation method was applied to materialize the evaluation objectives and construct a topological model of the cost control level of assembled buildings；finally，taking a prefabricated project in Urumqi as an example for model application verification. The results show that the evaluation results are reasonable and match the actual situation.
