摘要:针对我国工程项目管理特点和环境下项目成本管理中存在的问题,向项目管理者介绍一种成本管理方法—燃尽图。通过实例详细论述利用甘特图制作燃尽图的过程与方法,分析燃尽图在项目成本管理中的应用、存在问题和应对措施。该方法简易实用有效,便于项目管理者及时直观发现工程成本计划与过程消耗的偏差,及时采取纠偏
措施。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of Chinese project management and the problems existing in project cost management under the environment,this paper introduces a cost management method-burnout chart to project managers. The process and method of making burn-out chart by Gantt chart are discussed in detail through examples,and the application,existing problems and countermeasures of burn-out chart in project cost management are analyzed. This method is simple,practical and effective,which is convenient for project managers to find the deviation between project cost plan and process consumption in time and take corrective measures in time.
