摘要：在对中小建筑企业工程成本内涵、管理现状分析的基础上，阐述中小建筑企业工程项目成本控制的意义和作用，提出中小建筑企业工程成本控制的相关策略，包括建立健全有关项目成本控制的管理规章、细化并落实施工阶段成本控制措施、加强成本管理数字化平台建设和使用等，以期为中小建筑企业的成本控制实践提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the connotation and management status of engineering costs in small and medium-sized construction enterprises，this paper elaborates on the significance and role of cost control in engineering projects of small and medium-sized construction enterprises，and proposes relevant strategies for cost control in engineering projects of small and medium-sized construction enterprises，including establishing and improving management regulations related to project cost control，refining and implementing cost control measures in the construction stage，strengthening the construction and use of digital cost management platforms，etc，hope to provide reference for cost control practices in small and medium-sized construction enterprises.
