[摘　要]　通过对于施工过程中承包商的资金流转模式的分析，提出了施工全过程的价值测算与优化方法，并基于此进一步提出投标价格的改进测算机制，旨在为承包商寻求在提高投标竞争力的同时，可以获取更大施工收益的价值管理模式。

Abstract: Through the analysis of the contractor's currency mode during the construction process, the paper brings forward a new value estimate and optimization methodology, based on the construction whole process. Furthermore, it also puts forward a modified mechanism of tender price's estimating, which will help the contractor to get more powerful competitiveness and profits at the same time.
