摘要：为进一步解决工程项目涉及要素多、关联关系复杂、各类信息深度挖掘应用难等问题，本文以工程项目管理为核心，以工程项目全生命周期管理数据为基础，采用知识表示、知识建模、知识抽取、知识融合、知识存储与知识应用等技术手段，开展工程项目全生命周期管理的知识图谱构建与应用，全面、直观地揭示跨部门、跨系统、跨时间各工程项目管理要素之间的关联关系，解决工程项目管理数据多源异构、业务复杂导致的查询效率低、数据挖掘难等问题，为工程项目全生命周期信息管理提供高效、直观的实现思路。

Abstract：In order to further solve the problems that engineering projects involve many elements，complex correlation relationships，and difficult application of various information in-depth mining，this paper takes engineering project management as the core and engineering project lifecycle management data as the basis，and adopts technical means such as knowledge representation，knowledge modeling，knowledge extraction，knowledge fusion，knowledge storage and knowledge application. Carry out the construction and application of knowledge graph for the whole life cycle management of engineering projects，comprehensively and intuitively reveal the correlation between the elements of engineering project management across departments，across time and across systems，and solve the problems such as low query efficiency and difficult data mining caused by multi-source heterogeneous engineering project management data and complex business. It provides an efficient and intuitive idea for the whole life cycle information management of engineering projects.
