摘要：“双碳”目标成为驱动建筑企业绿色化转型的一个重要指引。“双碳”目标驱动下的建筑企业面临的新变革是以绿色建造为根、技术创新为魂的绿色化转型，“双碳”目标促进建筑企业绿色化转型的内在根源在于带动新旧动能的衔接与转换、实现绿色技术和数字技术的接合、推动绿色建造价值链迭代升级，“双碳”目标赋能建筑企业绿色化转型能力的路径是绿色功能研发设计、绿色技术创新发展、绿色建造方式转变和营造绿色运营场景，使能绿色化价值创新的着力点是建构企业绿色合作治理共同体、优化企业绿色管理过程、重构企业绿色能量场域。

Abstract：The “dual carbon” goal has become an important guide for driving the green transformation of construction enterprises. The new transformation faced by construction enterprises driven by the “dual carbon” goal is a green transformation with green construction as the root and technological innovation as the soul. The inherent root of the “dual carbon” goal in promoting the green transformation of construction enterprises lies in driving the connection and transformation of new and old driving forces，achieving the integration of green technology and digital technology，and promoting the iterative upgrading of the green construction value chain. The path to empower construction enterprises with green transformation capabilities through the “dual carbon” goal is through green function research and development，green technology innovation and development，transformation of green construction methods，and creation of green operation scenarios. The focus of enabling green value innovation is to construct a corporate green cooperative governance community，optimize the green management process of enterprises，and reshape the green energy field of enterprises.
