基于PLS-SEM的新基建项目治理机制对项目绩效的影响研究

摘要:契约治理、关系治理和行政治理在理论上对新基建项目绩效存在促进效应,但其促进功能存在差异。基于我国新基建项目263名参与者的样本数据,采用PLS-SEM分析治理机制对项目绩效的影响效应,并确定提升项目绩效的关键治理机制。结果表明,关系治理与行政治理对项目绩效的促进作用比契约治理更显著,履约严格性、信任、行政决策分别是契约治理、关系治理、行政治理促进项目绩效的关键因素。

Abstract:In theory,contractual,relational and governmental governance have stimulative effects on the performance of new infrastructure projects,but the stimulative functions are different. Based on the sample data of 263 participants in new infrastructure projects,the paper uses partial least square structural equation model(PLS-SEM)to analyze the internal relations of governance mechanisms and project performance,and identifies the key governance mechanisms to improve project performance. Results show that the promotion effect of relational and governmental governance on project performance is more significant than that of contractual governance. ‘Stringency of contract’,‘trust’ and ‘governmental decision’ are the key factors of contractual,relational governance and governmental governance to promote project performance respectively.
