公共建筑绿色改造项目施工阶段关键风险研究

摘要:探究公共建筑绿色改造项目施工过程中复杂风险网络的事故致因和风险传染路径,对改造项目的关键风险管控具有重要意义。本文在识别公共建筑绿色改造项目施工阶段利益主体与风险因素的基础上,利用解释结构模型分析风险因素之间的因果关系,并基于风险层次结构图生成贝叶斯拓扑网络,进一步分析风险事件的关键致因和关键传染路径,最后提出关键风险传染路径阻断策略,希望为公共建筑绿色改造项目施工阶段风险管控提供参考。关键词:公共建筑绿色改造;ISM-BN模型;关键风险致因;关键风险传染路径Abstract:Exploring the accident causation and risk contagion paths of complex risk networks during the construction of green retrofit projects in public buildings is of great significance to the key risk control of retrofit projects. This study focuses on the stakeholders and risks during the construction phase of public building green retrofit projects,applies the Interpretive Structural Model(ISM)to construct a risk hierarchy diagram,generates a Bayesian topological network for further inferential analysis with risk hierarchy diagram,and describes the key causal factors,and the key infection paths of risk events quantitatively.
