摘要：我国装配式建筑正处在发展初期阶段，高成本是其快速发展的主要制约因素之一。分析装配式建筑采用EPC模式前后的增量成本变化情况，阐述装配式建筑采用EPC模式的优势；在此基础上，识别 EPC模式下装配式建筑成本增量成本的影响因素，采用层次分析模糊综合评价法构建增量成本评价模型，确定EPC模式下装配式建筑各阶段增量成本的主要影响因素，并提出成本管控措施，希望为EPC模式下装配式建筑成本控制提供参考。

Abstract：China’s prefabricated buildings are in the early stages of development，and high cost is one of the main constraints for rapid development. This article compares and analyzes the incremental costs of prefabricated buildings under traditional mode and EPC mode，elaborates on the advantages of using EPC mode for prefabricated buildings. On the basis，identifies factors influencing the cost increment of prefabricated buildings under EPC mode，and establishes an incremental cost evaluation model through Analytic Hierarchy Process，and determines the main factors that affect the costs of each stage of prefabricated buildings under EPC mode. Finally，proposes cost control measures，hopes to provide reference for cost control of prefabricated buildings under EPC mode.
