摘要：房地产企业在开发和运营过程中产生大量而复杂的成本数据，深入挖掘成本数据将为企业成本管理提供高价值的科学决策依据。通过分析人工智能在房地产企业成本管理平台应用的优势，构建基于人工智能的房地产企业成本管理平台，具体阐述其运行机理和主要内容，并提出应用人工智能成本管理平台的保障措施，为房地产企业成本管理智能化提供思路和方法。

Abstract：Real estate enterprises generate huge and complex cost data during the development and operation process. Deeply mining cost data will provide valuable scientific decision-making basis for cost management of enterprises. Therefore，this article analyzes the advantages of artificial intelligence in the application of cost management platforms in real estate enterprises，constructs a cost management platform for real estate enterprises based on artificial intelligence，elaborates on its operating mechanism and main content，and proposes guarantee measures for the application of artificial intelligence cost management platforms，providing ideas and methods for the intelligent cost management of real estate enterprises.
