精细化管理在高校小微改造工程项目中的应用

摘要:在阐释精细化管理内涵的基础上,基于高校小微改造工程项目的特点,探讨精细化管理在小微改造项目中应用的必要性,在此基础上,就高校小微改造项目精细化管理策略,如前期管理中应加强统筹与规划,包括需建立和完善相关管理制度、完善相关管理组织与明确岗位责任、注重工程管理信息化手段应用,以及过程管理中如何加强招标管理、施工过程监管、材料管理等进行阐述,最后通过案例实证精细化管理在小微改造项目中的应用效果。关键词:精细化管理;高校;后勤管理;基建维修;小微项目;项目管理Abstract:On the basis of explaining the connotation of refined management and based on the characteristics of small and micro renovation projects in universities,this paper discusses the necessity of applying refined management in small and micro renovation projects. On this basis,the refined management strategies for small and micro renovation projects in universities should be strengthened,such as strengthening overall planning and coordination in early management,including establishing and improving relevant management systems,improving relevant management organizations and job responsibilities Emphasis is placed on the application of information technology in engineering management,as well as how to strengthen bidding management,construction process supervision,material management,etc. in process management.
