建设工程质量检测机构运行风险管理研究

摘要:建设工程质量检测机构运行风险管理对规范建设工程质量检测机构行为和保障建设工程实体质量具有重要意义。本文分析建设工程质量检测行业的现状,采用文本挖掘法分析174份建设工程质量检测机构检查报告,识别出19项检测质量风险因素和25项检测工作合规风险因素,并提出相应的应对措施,希望为住建部门监管建设工程质量检测机构运行状态以及为建设工程质量检测机构针对性地防控其运行风险提供参考和依据。关键词:建设工程质量检测机构;检测质量风险;检测工作合规风险;文本挖掘法;风险管理Abstract:Risk management of construction engineering quality testing institutions is of great significance to regulate the behavior of construction engineering quality testing institutions and ensure the quality of construction projects.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the construction engineering quality testing industry,then analyzes 174 inspection reports of construction engineering quality testing institutions by using text mining method,identifies 19 risk factors of testing quality and 25 risk factors of testing work compliance,and finally proposes corresponding countermeasures.
