摘要：既有建筑绿色化、低碳化改造是未来建筑改造的发展趋势。既有建筑绿色化改造与建筑一般性改造相比较会产生一定的增量成本。在分析既有建筑绿色化改造内涵、比较建筑绿色化改造与一般性改造区别的基础上，对既有建筑绿色化改造增量成本来源、增量成本结构展开梳理，并就既有建筑绿色化改造增量成本优化策略进行探讨，以期为相关同业在进行建筑绿色化改造工作时提供参考。

Abstract：Green and low-carbon renovation of existing buildings is the development trend of future building renovation. Compared with the general renovation of existing buildings，the green renovation of existing buildings will incur certain incremental costs. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of green transformation of existing buildings and comparing the differences between green transformation of buildings and general transformation，this article sorts out the sources and structures of incremental costs for green transformation of existing buildings，and explores the optimization strategies for incremental costs of green transformation of existing buildings，in order to provide reference for relevant industries in carrying out green transformation of buildings.
