摘要：数字经济时代，传统行业向数字化方向全面发展，工程咨询企业借助数字化浪潮推进企业转型发展，力求模式创新、管理升级、效益提升、长效发展。探究传统行业数字化转型的内涵，分析工程咨询企业数字化转型的核心与本质，基于理论分析与实践总结，研究工程咨询企业数字化转型的重点方向，总结提炼工程咨询企业数字化转型六大支撑措施，为工程咨询企业数字化转型提供理论参考，推动工程咨询行业数字化发展。

Abstract：In the era of digital economy，traditional industries are developing in an all-round way in the direction of digitalization. Engineering consulting enterprises promote the transformation and development of enterprises with the help of digital wave，and strive for model innovation，management upgrading，efficiency improvement and long-term development. This paper explores the connotation of digital transformation of traditional industries，analyzes the core and essence of digital transformation of engineering consulting enterprises，studies the key direction of digital transformation of engineering consulting enterprises based on theoretical analysis and practical summary，and summarize and refine the six supporting measures for digital transformation of engineering consulting enterprises，so as to provide theoretical guidance for digital transformation of engineering consulting enterprises and promote the digital development of engineering consulting industry.
