摘要:随着我国基建行业的快速发展,国家明确提出在项目承包中大力推行EPC总承包模式。合理应用EPC总承包模式,可以优化设计方案,加快项目施工进度,为项目节省投资成本。在国内EPC总承包市场逐步走向成熟的过程中,越来越多的专业设计院进入该领域。文章以设计院牵头承担EPC总承包模式下的工程项目管理为题,探讨和分析如何发挥和加强设计院在EPC总承包项目中的核心作用。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s infrastructure industry,the government have clearly proposed to vigorously promote the EPC general contracting model in project contracting. The rational application of EPC project general contracting mode can optimize the design scheme,accelerate the project construction progress,and save investment costs for the project. In the process of gradually maturing the domestic EPC general contracting market,more and more professional design institutes have entered the field. This paper takes the design institute as the lead in undertaking the project management under the EPC general contracting model,and discusses and analyzes how to play and strengthen the core role of the design institute in EPC general contracting projects.
