摘要：在梳理高校基建维修项目管理中存在的主要问题的基础上，提出高校基建维修项目管理的对策。基建维修项目管理应高度重视顶层设计，按照高校基建维修工程类型及其完损程度采取不同的维修管理措施，将基建维修项目管理延伸至项目的前期决策、实施、运营以及拆除阶段的全生命周期。通过基建工程的养护、修缮、维修、改造或改建等建设活动，以保持、改善或提高基建工程原有完好程度、使用功能和结构安全，延长基建工程的使用寿命。

Abstract：On the basis of sorting out the main problems existing in the management of university infrastructure maintenance projects，this paper puts forward the management countermeasures of university infrastructure maintenance project. The infrastructure maintenance project management should attach great importance to the top-level design. According to the damage level，the type of university infrastructure maintenance projects，different maintenance management measures are taken，and the infrastructure maintenance projects management is extended to the full life cycle of the early decision，implementation，operation and demolition stage of the project. The original integrity，use function and structural safety of the construction project are maintained，improved and raised through the construction activities such as maintenance，repair，transformation or reconstruction of the construction project，the service life of the construction project can be extend.
