摘要：随着国家城市化进程加快，我国建筑行业和民营建筑企业迎来了转型升级的机遇和挑战。本文以我国民营建筑企业为研究对象，运用文献调研和比较分析的研究方法，归纳总结了5种转型升级典型模式，对比分析了其对于不同民营企业的适用性，进而提出了选择原则和具体的选择方法。希望对我国民营建筑企业转型升级模式选择、战略决策以及可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract：With the accelerated urbanization of the country，China’s construction industry and private construction enterprises have ushered in the opportunities and challenges of transformation and upgrading. Taking China’s private construction enterprises as the research object，this paper summarizes five typical models of transformation and upgrading based on literature and comparative research，and then compares and analyzes their applicability to different private enterprises，and finally proposes the selection principles and specific selection methods. It has certain significance for the transformation and upgrading model selection，strategic decision-making and sustainable development of private construction enterprises in China.
