[摘　要]　结合武汉市实施资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设的综合配套改革试验，分析了房地产业发展创新在“两型”社会建设中的机遇和挑战，指出房地产业是“两型”社会建设的重要领域，提出了以土地利用创新、科技体系创新、建设示范创新、经济机制创新、运营模式创新和经营理念创新为主体的房地产业发展创新模式。

Abstract: This paper analyses the opportunities and challenges of development innovation of real estate in construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society, combining with carrying out the comprehensive innovative experimentation for the resource-saving and environment-friendly society's construction in Wuhan. This paper points out that real estate industry is an important field of resource-saving and environment-friendly society's construction, and puts forward viable patterns for development innovation of real estate industry including land use innovation, science and technology system innovation, construction demonstration innovation, economic mechanism innovation, operation mode innovation and business philosophy innovation.
