摘要：对房地产业在需求端、供给端、政府端出现的新问题进行分析，提出通过构建房地产业新发展模式、推动供给侧改革和需求侧改革紧密结合，逐步实现新旧模式平稳过渡，在发展中解决问题，推动房地产业稳定健康可持续发展。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the new problems faced by the real estate industry in the demand side，the supply side and the government side. Then proposes to build the new development model of the real estate industry，promoting the close combination of supply side reform and demand side reform，realizing the smoothly transformation from the old model to the new model. Through solving problems，the stable，healthy and sustainable development will be realized in the real estate industry.
