摘要：随着新能源产业快速发展，在以往的新能源风电施工项目中，传统的工程服务采购模式具有一定的局限性，相较而言长协采购模式的优势在逐渐凸显。通过分析长协采购的定义、特点以及采购流程等内容，结合企业在实务中应用的典型案例，阐述长协采购模式的优势和实施成效，研究得出其在风电施工项目中具有较强的适应性，是未来新能源行业采购的发展趋势。

Abstract：With the rapid development of the new energy industry，in the past wind power construction projects，the traditional procurement mode of engineering services has certain limitations，and the advantages of long-term cooperative procurement mode are gradually highlighted. Through analyses the definition，characteristics and procurement process of long-term cooperative procurement，combined with the typical cases applied by enterprises in practice，this paper expounds the advantages and implementation effects of long-term cooperative procurement mode，which has strong adaptability in wind power construction projects，and is the development trend of procurement of new energy industry in the future.
