摘要：综合分析国内外建筑业区块链相关文献，揭示当前研究进展。研究结果表明：国内外研究热点较为相似，主要集中于区块链与其他技术的集成和应用场景方面。今后国内建筑业区块链研究可向综合技术集成和应用场景拓宽、深化方向发展。

Abstract：This paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant literature on blockchain in construction industry at home and abroad to reveal the current research situation. The results show that：the hot research topics at home and abroad are relatively similar，mainly focusing on the integration of blockchain with other technologies and its application scenarios. It is suggested that the blockchain research in the China construction industry can be broadened and deepened in the direction of comprehensive technology integration and specific scenario application.
