摘要：梳理分析现阶段我国电力工程计价依据体系的基本组成，厘清存在的问题。在此基础上，立足电力发展新形势，以统一和规范电力工程计价行为为导向，提出建立健全现行电力工程计价定额和标准规范，创新电力工程计价定额和标准规范编制方法，推进电力工程计价信息动态调整和方法创新等对策建议，为指导电力建设工程有序开展、合理确定和有效控制工程造价、提高投资效益提供有效支撑。

Abstract：The paper sorts out and analyzes the basic composition of the current pricing basis system for electric power projects in China，and clarifies the existing problems. On this basis，based on the new situation of electric power development，guided by unifying and standardizing the pricing behavior of electric power projects，proposes countermeasures and suggestions of establishing and improving the current pricing norms and standards for electric power projects，innovating the preparation methods of pricing norms and standards for electric power projects，promoting dynamic adjustment of pricing information and method innovation for electric power projects，to provide effective support for guiding the orderly development of electric power construction projects，reasonably determining and effectively controlling project costs，and improving investment efficiency.
