摘要：随着工程项目发展趋于复杂化、多样化，模块化总控管理有助于提高项目管理效率和管理水平。从模块化管理和项目总控管理理论内涵出发，通过分析模块化总控管理体系在工程项目管理中应用的适用性及效果，提出模块化总控体系的具体应用模式，并以某大型交通基础设施项目为例，验证该体系的实际应用效果，以期为工程项目应用模块化总控管理体系提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract：With the development of engineering projects tending to be complex and diversified，modularized general control management helps to improve project management efficiency and management level. Starting from the theoretical connotation of modular management and project general control management，through analyzing the applicability and effectiveness of modular general control management system applied in engineering project management，the specific application mode of modular general control system is proposed，and the practical application effect of the system is verified by taking a large-scale transportation infrastructure project as an example，in order to provide reference and reference for the application of modular general control management system in engineering projects.
