摘要：基于建筑施工管理中存在的主要问题，结合信息化管理的理论及逻辑，明确建筑施工信息化管理的特征及要求，并确定信息化技术提升建筑施工管理能力的主要维度和路径。基于此建立建筑施工信息化管理框架，并明确建筑施工信息化管理的标准架构。

Abstract：Based on the main problems in the construction management，combined with the theory and logic of information management，this paper clarifies the characteristics and requirements of the construction information management，and determines the main dimensions and paths of information technology to improve the construction management ability. Based on this，this paper establishes the construction information management framework，and clarifies the standard framework of information management of building construction.
