[摘　要]　阐述温室气体排放带来的巨大问题和我国温室气体排放现状，探讨低碳建筑的概念和内涵，分析我国发展低碳建筑的障碍因素，并提出对策。

Abstract: The paper explains the huge problems of greenhouse gas emission which the world environment is facing, as well as the greenhouse gas emission situations in China, and explores the concept and connotation of low-carbon buildings.Then it analyzes the development obstacles of low-carbon buildings in China, and proposes some countermeasures.
