BIM+智慧工地在高速铁路四电工程管理中的应用

摘要:为解决高速铁路四电工程管理中的痛难点,研究分析施工项目中的管理要素和管理目标,依托新福厦高铁四电工程,设计基于BIM+智慧工地的高速铁路四电工程管理平台。此平台完成六类功能需求,包括项目概览、智能人员、智慧机械、智慧物料、技术交底管理、环境管理等。实现高速铁路四电工程的数字化协同管理模式,保证管理效率和质量,提高铁路工程施工水平,为后期铁路施工信息化和智能化建设起到参考示范作用。关键词:企业经营管理;智慧工地;BIM;高速铁路;四电工程Abstract:In order to solve the pain and difficulty in the construction management of the high-speed railway four electricity project,this paper studies and analyzes the management elements and management objectives in construction project,and relies on the new Fuzhou Xiamen high-speed railway four electricity project,designs a high-speed railway four electricity project management platform based on BIM+Smart construction site.
