摘要：近年来，社会采购（Social procurement）作为“新公共治理”新兴趋势的产物，在世界范围内特别是在很多发达国家的应用越来越广泛。而在我国特别是建筑业，其应用还非常少。采用文献综述法，基于国外建筑业领域社会采购的高质量文献，对社会采购的相关理论和实践应用进行总结。研究成果有助于弥补国内社会采购研究的不足，推动社会采购在我国建筑业的应用，为解决弱势群体的就业问题提供有价值的理论参考。

Abstract：In recent years，social procurement has been implemented more and more frequently globally，especially in developed countries，as the product of “new public governance”. But in China，especially in the construction industry，its application is still very limited. This paper conducts a literature review of international social procurement research，and summarizes the relevant theories and applications of social procurement. The findings help to improve the lack of the research on this topic in China，facilitate the successful application of social procurement of construction industry in China in the future，and provide valuable theoretical reference for solving the employment problem of disadvantaged groups.
