[摘　要]　提出一种建筑节能改造的商业运作方法，以调动各方热计量改造的积极性，解决热计量改造的资金筹措问题，实现建筑节能改造的可持续推进发展，达到建筑节能减排的目的。

Abstract: This paper proposes a new commercial operation method of building energy-saving renovation, to mobilize all parties’ enthusiasm of heat metering renovation，solve the financing issues of heat metering renovation, achieve sustainable development of building energy-saving and the purpose of building energy-saving and emission reduction.
