摘要：针对设计阶段BIM工作流程存在的问题，分析区块链技术应用于设计阶段BIM工作流程的可行性，引入BCT-BIM系统，构建基于区块链的设计阶段BIM工作流程，提出BCT-BIM系统架构和实施路径，以期为区块链技术应用于设计阶段BIM工作流程提供思路。

Abstract：Focusing on the problems in the BIM workflow of design phase，this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying blockchain technology to the BIM workflow of design phase，and introduces the BCT-BIM system，constructes an optimization model of the blockchain-based BIM workflow in design phase，and proposes the architecture and the implementation path of the BCT-BIM system in order to provide ideas for the application of blockchain technology to the BIM workflow of design phase.
