沉管隧道工程技术经济分析——以会展西路过江隧道为例

摘要:本文论述沉管隧道在交通转换功能、对航道影响及过江功能性、水域自然景观保护方面相较于跨江大桥的独特优势,同时也指出沉管隧道在工程造价和运营成本上远高于桥梁,因此对其建造成本的控制应引起足够重视。本文以会展西路过江隧道为例,对沉管隧道工程的主要技术经济特点展开分析与验证,并对该项目所采取的关键性费用控制优化措施——即在国内沉管隧道项目中首次改造利用既有干坞作为沉管预制场地,进行量化对比分析与论证,测算改造利用既有干坞模式相较于新建干坞模式所节约的具体投资额,对我国内地滨河城市批量化建设沉管隧道成本节约的途径和可能性作出探讨。

Abstract:This paper discusses the unique advantages of immersed tunnels compared with river crossing bridges in terms of traffic conversion function,impact on waterway,river crossing function,and water area natural landscape protection. At the same time,it also points out that immersed tunnels are much higher than bridges in engineering cost and operation cost,so the control of their construction cost should be paid enough attention. This paper analyzes and verifies the main technical and economic characteristics of immersed tunnels engineering by taking the Exhibition West Road River Crossing Tunnel as an example,and discusses the key measures taken for cost control and optimization of the project,which is reconstruction and utilization of existing dry dock as the immersed pipes prefabrication yard in China for the first time. This paper makes quantitative comparative analysis and demonstration of the model of reconstruction and utilization of existing dry dock and makes specific calculation of investment saved as to building new dry dock and explores possibilities and ways of saving cost for the mass construction of immersed tunnels in riverside cities in mainland China.
