[摘　要]　介绍了绿色施工概念及我国绿色施工发展现状，从组织管理、规划管理、实施管理、人员安全和健康管理、评价管理等方面探讨了如何进行绿色施工管理，同时以一个奥运工程项目为例进行说明。

Abstract: This paper introduces the concept and development status of China's green construction, and makes discussion on how to manage the green construction from the aspects of organization management, program management, action management, safety and health management and evaluation management, taking an Olympic project as an example.
