摘要：建筑产业互联网作为建筑业数字化转型的核心基础设施，贯穿建筑全要素、全产业链各个环节，是打通建筑设计、施工和运维全过程，实现全产业链资源的优化配置，赋能建筑产业转型升级和高质量发展的关键。目前，我国建筑产业互联网相关研究和试点工作尚处于起步阶段，本研究旨在梳理建筑产业互联网的内涵和特点，通过对行业专家的深度访谈与行业观察，剖析我国建筑产业互联网建设存在的问题，提出针对性的政策建议，助力我国建筑产业互联网的高质量发展。

Abstract：As the core infrastructure of the digital transformation in the construction industry，Construction Industry Internet runs through all the stages of the whole construction industry chain. It also connects the whole process of architectural design，construction，and operation and maintenance. The Construction Industry Internet can implement the optimal allocation of resources in the whole industry chain and promote the upgrading of the construction industry and high-quality development. Recently，the researches and pilot works related to the Construction Industry Internet in China are still in the initial stage. This research aims to summarize the connotation and characteristics of the Construction Industry Internet and then discover the problems of Construction Industry Internet by using expert interviews and industry observation. Finally，proposes several countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of Chinese construction industry Internet.
