摘要：通过总结我国建筑工业化发展历程，分析新型建筑工业化全产业链发展理念的形成，用产业链理论对其进行解释，最后构建新型建筑工业化的全产业链框架。经分析，本研究认为全产业链是发展新型建筑工业化的核心任务，也是传统建筑工业化与新型建筑工业化的主要区别，新建筑工业化全产业链应包括建筑业主链、工程咨询服务性辅链与制造业生产性侧链。今后的研究可借助新制度经济学的社会分析框架，建立适合全产业链发展的组织模式。

Abstract：This paper analyzes how the concept of the whole industrial chain of new building industrialization came into being through the practice of building industrialization，explains it with the theory of industrial chain，and finally constructs the whole industrial chain framework applicable to the new building industrialization. The research shows that the whole industrial chain is the main difference between traditional building industrialization and new building industrialization，it includes the main chain of the building industry，the auxiliary chain of engineering consulting services and the productive side chain of manufacturing industry，which is one of the core tasks of developing new building industrialization. In the future research，the social analysis framework of new institutional economics can be used to establish an organizational model suitable for the development of the whole industrial chain.
