[摘　要]　基于EPC项目投标报价的特点，从商务、技术问题澄清的角度，针对设计、采办、税和保险、业主服务、索赔等方面对承包商应注意的问题进行分析。并针对国际工程和油气管道工程提出具体建议，规避可能发生的风险。

Abstract: Based on the features of EPC project bidding, from the view of clarification about business and technology question, it analyzes some problems deserving to contractor's attention from perspects of design, procurement, tax and insurance, owner service, claim and so on. It also puts forward some concrete suggestions accoding to international engineering and petroleum or natural gas pipeline work in order to avoid possible risks.
