摘要：根据目前我国建筑工程质量保险试点过程中突出的信息化管理程度不高、工程质量风险控制机构技术手段不发达的现状，提出基于BIM技术的工程质量保险信息管理模型，利用BIM技术在工程信息集成和协同方面的优势，帮助保险公司和质量风险控制机构实现对工程质量风险因素的快速识别和精准控制，降低事故发生率，同时也为保险的正式承保以及理赔提供有效准确的数据来源，保障建筑工程质量保险的合理运行。

Abstract：According to the outstanding situation that the information management level is not high and the technical means of Technical Inspection Service（TIS）are underdeveloped in the pilot process of construction engineering quality insurance in China，this paper puts forward an information management model of engineering quality insurance based on BIM technology. Using the advantages of BIM technology in engineering information integration and collaboration，this model can help insurance companies and TIS to quickly identify and accurately control the risk factors of engineering quality，reduce the accident rate，and at the same time provide effective and accurate data sources for formal insurance underwriting and claims，so as to ensure the reasonable operation of construction engineering quality insurance.
