住宅工程质量潜在缺陷风险综合评价方法研究

摘要:近年来,我国工程质量潜在缺陷保险(IDI)不断推进,当前已有15个省级行政区域出台了IDI实施相关办法,但很多省份因缺少客观科学的风险评价体系而影响实施效果。在全面识别住宅工程质量潜在缺陷风险因素的基础上,确定综合评价指标体系,进而采用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(FCE)构建住宅工程质量潜在缺陷风险综合评价模型,并将其应用于南京市栖霞区YZ项目,验证模型的适用性。

Abstract:In recent years,Inherent Defect Insurance(IDI)has been continuously promoted in China. At present,15 provincial administrative regions have issued relevant measures for the implementation of IDI,but many provinces have showed poor implementation effect due to the lack of objective and scientific risk evaluation system. Based on the comprehensive identification of potential defect risk factors of residential engineering quality,the paper determines the comprehensive evaluation index system,and then constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of potential defect risk of residential engineering quality by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE). Finally,applies it to YZ project in Qixia District,Nanjing to verify the applicability of the model.
