摘要：通过片区综合开发可以有效解决城市近郊村无序开发、业态低端、功能单一等问题，促进乡村振兴和城乡一体化发展。本文聚焦近郊村片区综合开发存在的投资主体引入难、产业招引培育难、利益诉求协调难、服务运营管理难等难题，通过总结借鉴成都市相关区县推动近郊村片区综合开发的经验案例，提出组建联合投资运营主体、促进特色产业融合发展、创新利益联结分配机制、持续优化综合服务保障等策略，助力城市近郊村打造产业融合、产城融合、城乡融合的乡村振兴示范区。

Abstract：The comprehensive development of the area can effectively solve the problems of disordered development，low-end business type，single function and other problems of the suburban villages in the city，promoting rural revitalization and urban-rural integration. This paper focuses on solving the problems in the comprehensive development of the suburban village area，such as the difficulty in introducing the investment subject，the difficulty in industry recruitment and cultivation，the difficulty in communication and coordination among the stakeholder，and the difficulty in service operation and management. Through summarizing experience of relevant districts and counties in Chengdu to promote the comprehensive development of suburban villages，proposes path strategies such as establishing joint investment and operation entities，promoting the integration and development of characteristic industries，innovating the benefit connection and distribution mechanism，and continuously optimizing the comprehensive service guarantee，so as to build a rural revitalization demonstration area with industrial integration，industrial urban integration，and urban and rural integration.
