摘要：作为建筑行业信息化发展的重要抓手，BIM技术一直是近年来工程建设领域的热门语汇。基于实际案例，通过需求梳理、要素研究、量化对比、系统复盘等方式，探讨在BIM正向设计模式指引下，利用BIM技术高质高效地辅助项目完成初步设计阶段的概算申报工作。

Abstract：As an important method for the development of informatization in the construction industry，BIM technology has been a hot vocabulary in the field of engineering construction in recent years. Based on a practical project，through demand combing，element research，quantitative comparison，system analysis and other methods，this paper discusses how to increase and expand the application value of BIM technology in the whole design process under the guidance of BIM design mode，and assist the project to complete the budget estimate declaration in the preliminary design phase with high quality and efficiency.
