摘要：大型主题乐园项目技术、管理复杂，业主方要在全过程整合供方链条，强化对供方的界面管理工作。在创意、规划、设计、招采、施工、交付等不同阶段，通过对主题乐园工作结构的分解，划分好不同供方的工作职责，从合同、图纸、实体、组织管理等几个方面进行供方界面管理，并运用BIM平台，加强协调沟通，实现各供方的协同工作。

Abstract：The large-scale theme park project technology，management is complex，the owner should integrate the supplier chain in the whole process，strengthen the interface management of the supplier. In the creative，planning，design，the bidding procurement，construction，delivery，etc. at different stages，through the decomposition of theme park work structure，the paper defines the responsibilities of a different supplier，from contract，drawings，entity，organization，management from several aspects such as supplier management interface，uses the BIM platform，to strengthen coordination and communication，implementation of each supplier to work together.
