摘要：ESG理念符合双碳目标和PPP绩效管理的未来发展方向，然而在实操层面如何将ESG理念与PPP绩效评价实务有效结合是亟需解决的问题。本文在阐述ESG与PPP绩效管理存在高度契合性的基础上，发掘ESG理念应用于PPP绩效评价中的现实困境，最终为ESG理念赋能PPP绩效管理提出应对策略。

Abstract：The ESG concept is in line with the dual carbon target and the future development direction of PPP performance management，but how to effectively combine the ESG concept with the PPP performance evaluation practice at the practical level is an urgent problem that needs to be solved. On the basis of explaining the high degree of compatibility between ESG and PPP performance management，this paper explores the practical dilemma of ESG concept applied to PPP performance evaluation，and finally proposes a response strategy for ESG concept to empower PPP performance management.
